VIÑAROCK 2015

The organizers of the Spanish festival Viñarock trusted us one more year for the supplying of more than 50 prefabricated modules for different uses (production, offices, stands, infirmaries…). Those modules are necessary for the organization of one of the most important festivals in Spain.

Every year, companies of organization of events choose EUROPA PREFABRI to rent prefabricated stands for big events which are coming with the beginning of summer. Indeed, we have been professional and effective in logistic for more than 20 years.

NEW PARKING IN MADRID AIRPORT T2

EUROPA PREFABRI realized a new parking in the airport Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas. More precisely, this is the parking of Terminal 2.

With this project, we already have taken part of 15 projects of parking shelters in the airport of Madrid Barajas during the last 20 years.

MODULAR OFFICE IN AIRPORT OF ALGIERA

We show you in this post some pictures of the assembly we are working on in Algeria. It deals with several modular buildings which will be used as offices by the engineers of our client, as part of the expansion work of the Houari Boumediene Airport of Algiers. Those works imply the construction of a new terminal with a surface area of 73 hectares. Thanks to this new terminal, the airport will be able to receive 22 thousands of passengers every year, instead of 12 thousands before the works.

Our client is one of the most important companies in the building and public works sector. As big multinationals, both Spanish and international, this company trusted in the professionalism of EUROPA PREFABRI for the manufacturing and the supplying of temporary installations for this project.

This project is composed by 4 buildings realized thanks to the assembly with two layers of prefabricated modules, with a total surface area of more than 3500m2. Modules have been made in Spain in record time and carried with Flat-Pack system in maritime containers.

We are currently working on new projects in Algeria and we hope that we will sign new contracts in the country in the coming months, because it is one of our exportations destination.

MODULAR BUILDING FOR OFFICES IN LAGOS, NIGERIA

We carried out another successful project of modular building for offices in Lagos, Nigeria. We are proud to announce that this is the biggest project carried out in Nigeria so far. We collaborated with our local distributor STEELWAYS NIGERIA LTD. These offices are currently occupied by the companies in charge of the project EKO ATLANTIC, one of the biggest projects in Africa at the moment.

The advantage of modular construction and transport in flat-pack kits is its fast and easy assembly apart from the transport costs reduction. These buildings are ideal for this type of temporary projects. We are working on further projects in Nigeria, our strategic market for exportation. We hope we will sign new projects shortly and can share the good news with you!

NEW PROJECT CARRIED OUT ABROAD – EQUATORIAL GUINEA

This March we carried out a successful project of several modular buildings in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. These buildings are already being used for various purposes: offices, canteens and changing rooms for builders. These modules were transported to Equatorial Guinea in Flat-pack kits and assembled by our technicians sent to provide technical onsite support. Recently we have been carrying out different projects in Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Algeria and Cameroon. West Africa has become our principal export destination.

SOLAR THERMAL ENERGY – LA DAYA

EUROPA PREFABRI as an expert in modular construction manufacturing and assembling offers its clients wide range of extra options such as renewable energy system, fire extinguish system, air-conditioning system adapted to the particular project, etc. In this news we would like to present water heating system ACS achieved by two solar sensors placed on the top of the module. This solar-thermal system was applied in La Daya, close to Alicante. This solar-thermal energy system will supply hot water the local changing rooms and bathrooms of the football stadium with hot water.

CAR PARK AT INVESTIGATION INSTITUTE CARLOS III

In this piece of news we would like to show you recently built car park for Investigation Institute Carlos III situated in Majadahonda, Madrid. The project comprised 90 parking lots protected with the metal canopies. These burgundy parking canopies model Europa are aligned in a single and double row. We hope you like them!

CHANGING ROOMS AND BATHROOMS – LA DAYA

We completed the assembly of several prefabricated buildings in La Daya, close to Alicante. The assembly was a part of a larger remodeling project of sports facilities.

These prefabricated buildings were set up using the bespoke metal structure and side walls made of insulated panels using special materials and finishing pieces such as concrete base with porcelain flooring, false ceiling Amstrong, hidden electrical installation and sanitary fittings, special carpentry, etc.

We were pleased to see the members of the council hall (including the mayor of La Daya) happy with the facilities who recognised the good job of our team. EUROPA PREFABRI proved once again its leading position in costumised prefabricated building applying metal construction.

MODULAR WORKING CAMP IN NIGERIA

We are happy to announce that at the end of last year we signed a contract for manufacturing the modules needed for assembling the work camp in Nigeria. To be exact, it is a set of modular offices made out of prefabricated modules transported in Flat-Pack kit. Our client has been awarded an impressive project Eko Atlantic http://www.ekoatlantic.com/, which will be carried out on the Victoria Island, Lagos. In this article we would like to invite you to have a look at the photos showing the initial stage of setting up the first modules.
