MODULAR BUILDING FOR OFFICES IN LAGOS, NIGERIA

We carried out another successful project of modular building for offices in Lagos, Nigeria. We are proud to announce that this is the biggest project carried out in Nigeria so far. We collaborated with our local distributor STEELWAYS NIGERIA LTD. These offices are currently occupied by the companies in charge of the project EKO ATLANTIC, one of the biggest projects in Africa at the moment.

The advantage of modular construction and transport in flat-pack kits is its fast and easy assembly apart from the transport costs reduction. These buildings are ideal for this type of temporary projects. We are working on further projects in Nigeria, our strategic market for exportation. We hope we will sign new projects shortly and can share the good news with you!

NEW PROJECT CARRIED OUT ABROAD – EQUATORIAL GUINEA

This March we carried out a successful project of several modular buildings in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. These buildings are already being used for various purposes: offices, canteens and changing rooms for builders. These modules were transported to Equatorial Guinea in Flat-pack kits and assembled by our technicians sent to provide technical onsite support. Recently we have been carrying out different projects in Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Algeria and Cameroon. West Africa has become our principal export destination.

NEW DISTRIBUTOR IN SENEGAL

Europa Prefabri keeps on working on its process of internationalization in Africa through a new distribution agreement in Senegal with a local company specialized in modular building.

Thanks to this new distributor, we are now present in one of the most stable countries in the region of West Africa with great potential for economic growth.

The first order consists of several of the products we manufacture: prefabricated modules for offices, cabins and guard houses, car park shelters among others.

VIÑAROCK 2014

This year again has been celebrated VIÑAROCK festival in the town of Villarobledo. It is one of the biggest music festivals that every year takes place in Spain.

The organizers of this great event once again trust in Europa Prefabri for the supply of different products to service the festival. This year we have provided over 50 prefabricated cabins and prefabricated modules for different uses (offices, lockers, medical service, security, shops, stands, bathrooms, etc). We have also supplied more than 15,000 feet of fencing for the organization as well as other products.

Europa Prefabri is an usual supplier of the largest festivals and large events taking place in Spain.

Modular work camp in Cameroon

Recently we have finished the assembly of a labour camp for workers of an important construction company who are developing projects in the country.

This camp is located at Kribi, about 100 km south of Douala.

We have installed more than 500 m2 of mofular buildings for different uses as offices, laboratory, kitchen, dressing room, toilets, etc.

Modular offices in Senegal

Last month we have assembled these modular offices in Senegal. Our client is one of most important french contruction companies who is developing some projects in the country and they will use our portacabin as temporary offices.

Prefabricated cabins have been sent as flat pack inside to marine containers and we have done the assembly with some of our technicians.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

Europa Prefabri is aware of the need of globalizing its activities. Thats why in the last few months we started to itensify the marketing of prefabricated models that are transported to different places around the world. The KITs for exporting goods are especially designed for the transport in sea containers and for the easy installation in few hours at the place of destiny.
During the first 6 months of 2013 we installed our modules in countries like France, Marroco, Algeria, Mauritania, Panama, Colombia and Guinea.

At the moment we work on various important projects and we continue to commit to expanding our international presence
